Introduction

HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions create business agility and accelerate return on investment through a service-based IT portfolio with cloud-native administration capabilities.

For consumption-based billing purposes, HPE relies on precise resource utilization tracking to ensure accurate customer invoicing.

Previously, HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions utilized PowerShell automation deployed on customer premises to collect usage metrics, sending this information to HPE via SMTP email channels. While this approach functioned dependably, it had specific limitations.

Moving ahead, HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions are implementing OpsRamp as the required platform for providing enhanced monitoring capabilities throughout all Flex products. Deployment of OpsRamp will be MANDATORY for consumption measurement.
