Introduction

You can remove templates based on the permissions you have.

Notes:

  • You cannot remove Global templates.
  • You can remove templates created only by you.

Remove Template

Follow these steps to remove a template:

  1. To select your client, click the Client/Partner dropdown from the top-left corner of the screen. Either type your client’s name in the search box or select your client from the list.

  2. Click Setup > Account.

  3. Click on the Monitoring tile and select Templates card.

  4. From the TEMPLATES listing screen, use the search box to search for template name.

  5. Hover over the template name row and click the action (three dots) icon.

  6. Click Remove. A confirmation popup is displayed.

  7. Click REMOVE to confirm deletion. The template is deleted and a confirmation message appears.
