Introduction

You can view and update metrics based on the permissions you have.

Note:

  • You can only view Global metrics, but cannot update them.
  • If you are a client user, you can view and update metrics created only by you.

View Metrics

Follow these steps to view metric information like Name, Adapter Type, Display Name, Description:

  1. To select your client, click the Client/Partner dropdown from the top-left corner of the My Dashboards screen. Either type your client’s name in the search bar or select your client from the list.

  2. Click Setup > Account. The Account Details screen is displayed.

  3. Click on the Monitoring tile.

  4. From the METRICS listing screen, click the search icon.

  5. Type the name of the metric in the search box. The metric details are displayed.

  6. Click anywhere in the metric name row. The METRIC DETAILS slide-out is displayed.


Update Metrics

Follow these steps to update metric details:

  1. To select your client, click the Client/Partner dropdown from the top-left corner of the My Dashboards screen. Either type your client’s name in the search bar or select your client from the list.

  2. Click Setup > Account. The Account Details screen is displayed.

  3. Click on the Monitoring tile.

  4. From the METRICS listing screen, use the search option to search for the metric. The metric details are displayed.

  5. Click on metric name. The metric details screen is displayed.


  6. Edit the fields as required:

  7. Edit the fields in FORMAT METRIC VALUE and METRIC PROCESSING sections as required.

  8. Click SAVE.

  9. The metric details are updated and a confirmation message appears.
